Eligibility:

• Birdseed Trays & Seed Catchers (hygiene concerns)
• Bird Cams (electronic devices with sensitive components)
• Opened bird food products
• Personalized or custom-made items (including certain Church Birdhouses and Vintage-Rustic items)

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and item details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

Refunds:
