Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in original, unused condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of wildlife and due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Birdseed Trays & Seed Catchers: Due to potential contamination and hygiene concerns.
- Bird Cams: Electronic devices with sensitive components.
- Opened bird food products.
- Personalized or custom-made items: This includes certain Church Birdhouses and Vintage-Rustic items made to order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and details about the item.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we have received and processed your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the inconvenience and promptly arrange for a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item to us.
