Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For the health and safety of our feathered friends, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Birdseed Trays & Seed Catchers (due to potential contamination)
  • Bird Cams (electronic devices with sensitive components)
  • Opened bird food products
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including certain Church Birdhouses and Vintage-Rustic items)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
